-Trim bottom of 1 pound mushrooms, then rinse.
-Mix with:
1/3 cup steak sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
-Roast in 8 inch casserole dish at 375 for 20 minutes.
-Remove from oven, strain juice into small saucepan, reduce by ½.
-Add mushrooms to sauce and toss well.
-Serve with grilled steak.
