Blend until smooth:
6 cups of 1 inch cubed watermelon
¼ cup raspberries
1 cup water
6 mint leaves
Strain through fine strainer. Transfer to a pitcher.
Add:
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice.
Stir until dissolved. Chill 2-3 hours. Garnish with mint sprigs and watermelon wedges.
