Fried Ice Cream

HEAT IN SAUCEPAN JUST UNTIL BOILING:

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup butter (not margarine)


ADD TO THE MIXTURE:

2 cups rice krispys or lightly crushed corn flakes

½ tsp cinnamon


Slice ½ gallon ice cream into 2” pieces. Crust with rice krispy mixture. Cover with foil and freeze for up to a week.


Top with carmel or hot fudge and whip cream.
